For twenty of the years that I toiled away in the semiconductor industry I was also involved in property management. During this time, as a residential property owner, I had the opportunity to hire and work with property management companies. My experiences highlighted a deficiency in the level of service and support I received, and it became clear there was a need to fill this void. I saw a great opportunity to solve this evidently widespread problem in Vancouver/Clark County and decided to start Real Property Management Authority.
Our intent is to bring superior service to the forefront of property management where it belongs. Key to achieving this is timely communication, responsiveness, prompt follow through, and attention to detail. As part of the largest property management organization in the nation, we offer an advanced suite of services along with streamlined processes and proven best practices. Centralized accounting and financial reporting are integral to our system and success.
Bearing in mind our goal to maximize our owners’ income while protecting their investments we strive to always do the right thing legally, ethically, and morally. In addition, flexible hours allow pre-arranged evening and weekend appointments making it convenient for both owners and tenants. We love helping people!
